  • Adapt faster to the water/Control breathing

    Beginners

    You will learn how to stay afloat and move forward through exercises that will help you adapt faster to the water.


    This class focuses on control of breathing and body position, as well as floats, kicks, and all four strokes.

  • Stroke Development

    Intermedia

    Swimmers at this level should already be able to swim freestyle (front crawl) and backstroke confidently. Lessons focus on improving technique, coordination, breathing, and endurance while introducing breaststroke and butterfly.

    • Improve freestyle and backstroke technique
    • Develop breathing, body position, and coordination
    • Swim longer distances with control
    • Learn breaststroke kick and arm movements
    • Introduction to butterfly kick and body movement
    • Combine the movements to develop complete strokes

    Technique, Starts & Turns

    Advanced

    Gain more confidence and safety in the water. Classes help build stamina, as well as confidence in the water.

    Swimmers at this level should already know the four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Lessons focus on refining technique and learning competitive skills through short, age-appropriate training sets.

    • Improve speed, endurance, and efficiency
    • Learn starts and underwater transitions
    • Practice flip turns and open turns
    • Improve streamlining and finishes
    • Complete short swimming training sets
